The stay was excellent.

The room layout was fine, but we had no hot water for two hours. While my kids were in the pool, a homeless man inside the hotel pulled his pants down after I told him my children were in the pool, and he peeped outside right in front of us.

Elevators call buttons didn't work, The hallways where HOT. It took 5 or more attempts to get staff to either fix our room key or put us in a different roo. They did finally put us in a different room
