Great location and the room with a terrace is lovely. Too many extra charges… usually coffee or at least water is included!
The location was great and quiet, and the room met my expectations overall. They let me in early for free (though the normal check‑in is at 18:00, which is quite late). I was bothered by a flood of WhatsApp spam and constant reminders about the checkout time. The main problem was parking: the host said in our WhatsApp that it would cost €10, but at checkout the price had “changed” to €15 per day. Even though the €15 fee was mentioned in the fine print, telling a different price over WhatsApp is misleading and unacceptable. I also find it greedy to charge guests more for parking than the local blue‑line street parking (1.20 € per hour, 9:00‑14:00, 16:00‑21:00). The fridge didn’t work, but I still give 6 instead of lower because I was happy with the place itself.
Comfort, cleanliness, host availability, and location. Nothing to complain about.

I’ve stayed here several times and the quality is always excellent. The room is super comfortable, the bed is incredibly cozy, and the services are perfect for every need. The private host is uniquely kind and helpful, making you feel at home right away. A definite guarantee—see you next time!
