The staff were very accommodating and welcoming into their extended home. Breakfast was delicious. We had a room at the front which was clean and comfortable but the road noise kept us awake a lot of the night.

The place was peaceful even though it’s in the town centre. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Tea and coffee stations came with fresh milk, and breakfast was tasty with a good variety. The hosts were friendly.

The room was lovely and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the owners were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Perfect stay. We stayed with our elderly parents and the stairs in the hotel were tough for them.

Karl and Jocelyn were amazing hosts who even arranged early breakfasts for us. The room was roomy, tastefully decorated, and stocked with every item you could possibly need. Breakfasts were fantastic! We appreciated the spot, just a short walk from the County Showground and several great restaurants, two of which we tried and loved. There’s no on‑site parking, but free overnight parking is available across the road from 6 pm to 8 am, and another carpark is less than a 5‑minute walk away. Nothing else to complain about!
