The hotel's location was extremely convenient, making it easy for me to get around and access various attractions.

“Great stay, very friendly staff, quick check in.”
The spot was spot on—right on the highway and a quick walk to the university.

The location was handy, just off the highway and near the university. I can’t recommend this place based on what happened. After checking into Room 309, I saw that the floor around the wall air‑conditioning unit was soaked. I reported it straight away and was offered Room 327 as the only swap. I checked that room before moving my stuff and found the entry/hall lights were dead and the bathtub faucet kept running with no way to turn it off. Maintenance said fixing the faucet would need the water to that side of the hotel shut off, so they couldn’t do it that night. I was stuck choosing between two rooms with maintenance issues. In the end, maintenance came to Room 309, ripped the wall A/C unit out with a drill, used a wet vacuum to clear the water from the unit and floor, and I stayed there. When I finally showered, the wall‑mounted conditioner dispenser was empty, and I spotted ants crawling around the bathroom sink/counter. The front desk said no refund was possible because I had prepaid. I know hotels can have hiccups, but having major problems in two rooms with no fully functional alternative was unacceptable. After a long day of travel, I just wanted a clean, dry, working room where I could relax. That wasn’t what I got.
