“Tolles Hotel der Mariott Gruppe- leider nicht mehr das Bollants durch Familienführung”

The room is great for relaxing and the spa area is fantastic, yet after becoming part of the Marriott group the hotel lost the special charm and extra comfort moments that made it so distinctive before.

“You have to stand your ground to get what you pay for!”

A receptionist went above and beyond to find us a suitable room when we checked in, even though we had booked a junior suite and were initially placed in a better Besenkammer. The staff’s effort eventually secured us an acceptable accommodation, but travelers should be cautious.

“Perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit”

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, and the food was delicious. The hotel was still empty, so we could use most areas without waiting, though that might change after the renovation. Everything was spotless, rooms modern and well kept, and there was nothing to complain about. Yes, some renovation work was still visible, but since it was known, I didn’t see it as a criticism and it didn’t bother me. It’s a pity the deer are gone, and it would be nice to have more than one tea variety (we only had black tea) and maybe some nuts (there was plenty of fruit). I do miss the cake buffet that used to be there, but perhaps the hotel was still reopening after renovation, so it wasn’t set up yet.
