The room was well-equipped, with great air conditioning and a secure safe.

“Je retrouve ai”
The location was good, but the staff member named Anni watches her series in the evening and can’t take her eyes off her phone when someone comes to ask her for information.
“Comfortable”
The room is comfortable and equipped with basic amenities. Only 1 small lift is available, need to make it bigger

The staff were incredibly kind and wonderful, the cleaning was thorough and they were friendly to the children, making our stay at Royal Gate Beach Resort enjoyable; we had a great time and will definitely book again if we return to Langkawi.
Nice location. Room was fine, outdated but that was expected. Bathroom wasn’t that clean. We were very unsatisfied with the pool. The pool was very dirty, had mold in between al the tiles and didn’t get cleaned once while we stayed here (5 nights). The water was also very dirty, it had hairs, leafs, oils, etc. Tv in our room didn’t work, so also on the rainy days we couldn’t watch tv
A lot of rude people were shouting in the hallway at 7 am and nobody stopped them. The camera isn’t authentic compared to the photos.
