Nothing good here. Travelers should be careful – the booking process was misleading. I paid $600 a night for a “Sea‑View” room, yet ended up in the halfway house building “Seaside Court” across the street, which is a scam. You can pay extra for the top floor to see the ocean, but that was not what I thought I had booked. I was told to reserve “Spray Beach Oceanfront” instead of “Spray Beach Hotel.” Other guests suffered the same. If you’re okay with a view of a parking lot and someone’s backyard, this is the place. Housekeeping was only available on request, the ice machine was reserved for the upper‑class guests in the main oceanfront building on the second floor, and there were no pool towels. The room was moldy and the air conditioner triggered my son’s asthma. The staff were unfriendly, and the list of problems keeps growing.

The location was simple, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean and modern, and getting to the beach and local events was convenient. It’s a bit pricey for what you receive.

Our room had an ocean view. The rooms were in great shape and looked newly renovated. The property was good and manager Shannon handled a mistake that was made by a very large staff. The room we booked was an ocean view King room, but we were given a room in another building that they didn’t know about. After a long wait on the phone with the staff who weren’t helpful, multiple holds, and an email that never reached the hotel manager, Shannon finally gave us the correct room. Great job, Shannon!
