The facilities are gorgeous; our villa was immaculate and special, and the staff were hugely helpful and highly responsive. Nothing else.

The place is beautiful and calm, featuring two pools and a well‑equipped gym – fantastic. We were warned about nighttime noises from the bamboo roof and air conditioning, which made it a bit annoying and hindered a good sleep; they should figure out a fix. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service, the lovely decor, the delicious breakfast, and the friendly people I met during my stay. However, I did find it a bit lacking in some areas.
