The service was amazing. As soon as we arrived, a staff member was right there, explained everything, and answered all our questions. At reception the service was excellent; I felt like it was just for me because the service was flawless. Highly recommend with love. ❤️

המקום יפה, נעים, שקט. המיטות נוחות מאד, יש נטפליקס. יש מכונת קפה, קפסולות. דאגו לכל מה שביקשתי. כתוב שהבריכה מחוממת, אבל מסתבר שרק בחורף, אז היה קר להיכנס

We arrived and were immediately offered cold wine and towels to freshen up, and the staff were very warm and friendly. A bellboy took our luggage to the room, and everything felt organized and luxurious. The room was perfectly equipped, with a bottle of wine waiting in the fridge, a fresh bottle of water at every room service call, a selection of snacks, towels, a complimentary beach bag, a coffee station, and many other nice touches. The facilities were all clean and orderly, giving the impression of thoughtful care. The pool was ideal, the beds were super comfortable, the bar was cool, and there was plenty of space. In the evenings around the pool there were tables with a fire pit where you could warm up when it got chilly, and on one night we even had a live performance at the pool. When it rained one day we went for a massage, which was pleasant but could be improved; overall it was good. Breakfast was excellent compared to Europe—don’t expect an Israeli-style breakfast, but there is a huge variety of tasty, fresh food. Anyone who values proximity should note that the hotel is a 10‑minute walk from Plaikaki Square and a 20‑minute drive from Old Town Rhodes. The only area that could use improvement is the massage service.

The grounds and facilities are upscale, but my room faced the parking lot and kitchen, so I heard more noise and caught some grilling smell at a few points during my stay. Also, a nearby rooster crowed every day at 4‑5 am, disturbing my sleep.
