Les chambres d'Elise

The place was quiet, right in the village center with easy access to all activities and shops, and the owner was friendly. I thought I’d booked a family room with a terrace, based on a February 2026 reservation that showed a village photo. We learned we had to share the kitchen area and the fridge wasn’t clean, the vegetable bin was dirty. New arrivals had to go through our living space: descend from the 2nd floor to access the living area to go out, and we had to ask for the room keys. We weren’t comfortable and almost ran into other guests when we were leaving the shower, as they were leaving while we were getting ready. Also the breakfast price advertised on the site was €13 per adult as confirmed in my booking, but the owner texted a different rate: €15 per adult and €10 for a child. This is the first time this has happened to us, and it’s a shame because the house is typical of the region.

This hidden gem was absolutely outstanding. For us it was a prefect escape from an intense city life. The room is charming and spacious with a private terrace with an amazing view, While Collias is a small village, we really appreciate that we could find a lovely small grocery shop with local products, wine and charcuteries (which we also enjoyed on our cozy terrace). The owner also recommended to have dinner at a restaurant just in front of the guest house which was amazing and price worthy. And breakfast was lovely. Nothing, all fulfilled exactly what we wanted

“Très atypique, ancien. Mais des points à améliorer”

Très charmant, dans un beau village. Très atypique !. Parking, la place qui nous était réservée était occupée. On a dû se garer dans un endroit gênant. Lit qui grince énormément, miroir placé en face du lit, lampe de chevet qui s'allume et s'éteint toute seule. Le détecteur de lumière qui est placé trop loin par rapport à l'entrée (sans téléphone, on doit marcher en aveugle)
