The staff were available for check‑in timing and to handle an urgent need (food that had to be kept in a spacious fridge). Having the air conditioning turned on before we arrived so the room was at the right temperature was a big plus. Nothing else.

The room was large and clean, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent; the place was quiet and pleasant, though there was a bit of car noise on the street, which is hardly a big deal.

We stayed for one night, the place was very clean, the owner was extremely friendly, there was free parking reserved for hotel and restaurant guests, and the restaurant was excellent.

The hotel feels dated but very comfortable, the room is huge, well-heated, with a large adjacent parking lot and impeccable cleanliness; it includes a restaurant that serves local specialties exceptionally well, worth trying, and the staff are very helpful and welcoming, while the prominent location on the first Vicentine hills adds that extra charm that makes you want to come back again and again.
