A wonderful place with an incredibly warm welcome! We were enchanted by the family hotel “Flora” in Zlatograd! We stopped here for a break on the way to Greece, and it turned out to be the best decision we made. At the reception, the owner greeted us with exceptional warmth, a smile, and genuine Rodopian hospitality, making us feel at home immediately. The rooms are exceptionally clean, cozy, and lovingly maintained. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Thank you from the heart for the wonderful service! We will definitely return and highly recommend the hotel to every traveler.

The hotel was a wonderful little place. The suite we booked was spotlessly clean, had brand‑new furniture, and a comfortable double bed. The staff were very courteous, waiting for us even though we arrived late, and they accepted a late‑night dinner order. I have no complaints about the staff or hygiene. The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t offered for a fee, probably because it was Saturday and Sunday.

Our room was laid out nicely, clean and comfortable. The balcony door had a full‑length fly screen, so we could leave it open all the time to let fresh air in. A kettle was provided, letting us make hot drinks. There’s a coffee and breakfast room on shore, but we didn’t use it. The hotel is a 400‑meter walk from the town centre, and parking is right across the road in a dedicated part of a small lot.
