“Rejected despite confirmed booking”

-. I was rejected at the check-in despite having booked weeks ago with confirmation. I wasn't even informed before and had already paid for my taxi and gone an unnecessary long way. Very unprofessional and annoying!

“Talk of the town negambo lewis place the one and only SEA JOY RESTAURANT AND ROOMS”

Rooms are suppppper management was so friendly and curtious and helpful I wish the hotel good luck. I will tell everyone else in the world to come to this place where you can enjoy your vacations near the beach ⛱️ and enjoy all the food in their restaurant and should say they have the best food in negambo lewis place at a low cost as the lady of the house was excellent they treat you with lots of love and affection to all the guests

Booked this property in advance, but when I arrived on the day of booking, the staff told me they had no available rooms and had given my room to a walk in guest. There was no communication and no apology when I arrived. Very poor service. Luckily, it’s on the main street in Negombo and I was able to find somewhere else to stay

“Never ever stay here!!!”

We had two bookings with one room each. We arrived and the owner was incredibly rude. She shrugged and said, without ANY care for us, that there was only one room despite us both receiving a confirmation days before. My friend went to another hotel while I stayed, but when I went up to the room I was appalled. The sheets and were covered in yellow stains as though they had never been washed, the room stank of urine and the bathroom was filthy. I left straight away and told the owner that the room was unclean and she shrugged and didn’t care at all. I had to walk in the rain to find somewhere else to stay
