It’s the prettiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, every detail feels exquisite and I’m grateful for the room they gave me 🙏🏻 with an amazing view of the palace 🙂↕️. The place has one vibe during the day and a completely different one at night thanks to the lighting, and honestly I liked everything.

The hotel is absolutely picturesque! It’s an ancient villa with original furnishings and floors that still feel like they belong to that era. I highly recommend it—everything is stunning and the staff are incredibly kind. The place feels luxurious and spotless.

The venue is beautifully decorated in an authentic Victorian style, with two pools, a quiet atmosphere, a bar and a welcome cocktail, and it’s just a 10‑15 minute walk from Mérida’s main sights. The only drawback is the artificial grass, which slightly spoils the overall look.

The garden and lounge/breakfast area are beautiful and peaceful, and the staff are wonderful. It’s a little far from the city center, and while the décor is quaint, it does feel somewhat dated.
