“Great location, lovely house”
The place sits in a great spot, the house looks lovely, the kitchen is fully stocked, the owner is friendly and the rooms are spacious. It’s a good deal for the price and there’s a nice garden at the back to sit in. The walls are thin, so you can hear a lot when other guests come and go. We didn’t realize the bathroom was shared and not en‑suite, which was disappointing. The bed was small for such a large room and the mattress and pillows were both thin, making it uncomfortable.
“Lovely little space in Hackney”
The room was very comfortable, clean, and filled with natural light; the beds were the most comfortable I’ve had in a while. The location was perfect, close to my family gathering and near some lovely local spots, and the check‑in process was easy. There were dirty dishes left in the sink and kitchen, which is the fault of the guests, not the staff, though some “encouraging” signage might help. Trash was scattered all over the floor outside the garbage bins, perhaps they could be cable‑tied.
“Was pleasant and the owner was nice, but they need to take better care of there facilities”
It looked very nice at first, but they don’t clean the shower plugs, so they flood and are full of hair, which was unpleasant. The shower itself fell from the wall and I had to ask them to fix it, which they did. The location and the garden were the main drawbacks.
“I would come again”
We appreciated the ample space and the spotless condition of everything. I didn’t realize everything was shared, but the people in the house were nice and respectful, so it wasn’t a big issue.

The staff were very helpful, the accommodation was clean and tidy, and the garden area provided a nice spot to relax in the evening. Nothing to complain about.
