The quality is excellent and the breakfast varied; it’s in a great city‑centre location, right next to the tram stop. There are complimentary drinks in the room, a glass of cava on arrival, luggage storage, and the staff are very polite and friendly. The room itself is very nice. Some outside noise—trams, traffic, people shouting—reaches even a fourth‑floor room, and the air‑conditioning is a bit noisy.

The location is fantastic, right on Leidseplein, and the room was completely quiet. We chose the larger room, which felt spacious and had an open wardrobe with a hanger instead of a regular closet, giving us a spot for our luggage and stuff. The bed was big and comfy, the air‑conditioning was excellent, and breakfast downstairs was very good with a wide variety—vegetables, cheeses, sausages, you name it. The staff were really nice. The only downside was that the shower and toilets are separate units inside the room, just as shown in the photos.

The staff were super friendly, and the lady even spoke a few words in Slovak, which was hilarious. Breakfast and everything else were great. The price was a bit high; we had already had better breakfasts elsewhere. We expected the hotel to have its own parking, but we were directed to Q‑Parking instead. The emails we received were not interactive and didn't work.

The location was great—museums, canal boats, restaurants, and major sites were all within easy reach, and trams and buses were right outside the door. The room was clean and a decent size, and the bathroom was huge with a walk‑in shower. Breakfast was excellent, held in a lovely dining room on the ground floor. At check‑in we were given glasses of prosecco, a nice touch. The luggage rack only held one suitcase, so the other had to stay on the floor, which is normal for European hotels, especially since the room was larger than expected, so it was manageable. There wasn’t much space to unpack and no drawers, but there was a place to hang clothes. There was only one towel hook in the bathroom. Overall, it was a great hotel.
