The room was generous and comfortable, the beds were very good, the view superb, the pool and sauna were simple but fine. The buffet breakfast was sufficient and generous, the three‑course dinner was very good, and the staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful.

I appreciated the welcome; I came on a motorcycle, asked the manager if he could help me put my bike on the central stand 🥰👍 he helped me. Thanks to him 🙏

The welcome, the staff’s kindness, the Savoyard food, the varied breakfasts, and the lovely climate during the heatwave—sun and the altitude’s softness, the location and the view across the mountains—were great, but the wifi was unreliable and there was no fridge in the room.

The location and the view were dreamy, the rooms were spacious and the beds were perfect for sleeping, and there was no unpleasant bathroom smell; breakfast came with an amazing view though the selection was a bit limited, while the staff sometimes didn’t speak English and the lift felt like a shaky cage that might drop at any moment.
