The staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was great, and the on‑site parking was very convenient. The beds were uncomfortable—two single beds joined to make a double—and the shower in the room was a bit poorly set up.

The cleaning staff do an outstanding job, keeping the room thoroughly clean and well organized every day. The breakfast needs improvement; aside from the apple cake, everything else was mediocre.

Only the location near the sea and the many shops in the Miramare area were good. The hotel was full of mold, the room was small, cramped, and dirty, the air conditioning was broken and worked like a fan, and the fridge was microscopic—do not recommend.
