I was happy with everything, no complaints at all.

The place was close to Washington Square, which I liked as a good location. However, the room smelled, the sheets were stained, and the bathroom light went out right before I was about to shower. Another light in the room had burned out. The TV didn’t work, and the bathtub was dirty with hair in the drain. The staff weren’t friendly and seemed indifferent when I told them about the room issues. We arrived late, so I decided it was a place I’d never stay again; we got up at 6 am and left immediately.

The room was very worn, not deeply clean, and the carpet was torn with staples exposed; I covered the torn area with a towel so I wouldn’t step on the staples. The location was a drawback.

Breakfast was good, but the refrigerator in my room didn’t work. The staff knew about it but didn’t try to accommodate my needs; I reached out twice, yet nothing was done.
