Excellent location, crossroads between the sea 4/5 km away and the hills, frequented by both seaside tourists and mountain bikers and runners. Limited number of rooms, in the heart of Calice Ligure where it’s quiet at night. The kitchen of the small restaurant inside the same building is good. Also great for motorbike arrivals. Free street parking and free on‑site parking in the front square, with a bar next to the property (different ownership) that opens early in the morning. Supermarket 50 m away and gelato shop 200 m away. I don’t know what to say about the showers; maybe they’re a bit small for tall people. (If you’re looking for a flaw) For me it’s still excellent, considering the price, location, food, nearby services, and parking.

The room was extremely clean, tidy, and welcoming; you feel comfortable right away. Staff and hospitality score 10 – the environment reflects the host’s care in making it welcoming. The only real drawback was the lack of a small fridge in the room, an essential service that would have made the stay perfect. The absence of the fridge lowers the overall experience, limiting the ability to keep water, drinks, or medication cool.
