The staff were pleasant and welcoming, the room was clean, and coffee and tea were offered. Restaurants, snacks, and Monoprix are just a few meters away, and the hotel is a 2‑minute walk from the "Mairie de St Ouen" metro station, perfect for heading to the Stade de France. The price is high, probably because of the excellent location.

I had a spacious room with a large bathroom and a nice balcony, and the subway station was super close. There were coffee shops and a supermarket right next to the hotel. The room faced the road, so it was a bit noisy at night, but otherwise everything was great.

The room was nice, the air‑conditioning worked perfectly, there was a bathtub, the staff were friendly and the elevator was open 24 hours. Breakfast could be more varied, but otherwise everything was very good.

It’s convenient to use when going to concerts. The toilet drainage was a bit poor.
