The hot tub was lovely and warm, and the lodge was nice overall, but around the hot tub privacy screens could be improved – one side was covered but not the other or the back, and a doormat near the front door would help.

The overall vibe of the place was great and the staff were all really friendly. The host and cleaners were understanding about late checkout, which we appreciated. The caravan was comfortable but needed a few minor repairs. The TV has scorch marks on the screen, making it hard to watch anything, so it should be replaced. A towel in the caravan would have been welcome, as would a small bottle of washing-up liquid (10 ml?). A few small repairs would have raised the score. The hot‑tub area, including the broken hot‑tub sign, could use more privacy. A small fenced or gated grassy area for dogs outside would have helped and improved the rating.

The jacuzzi on the terrace and the secluded spot are probably the only positives we remember from this place. The condition of the property was acceptable, but the staff and their responses to complaints lowered the overall rating significantly. The promised air‑conditioning was missing; we found a portable unit without a vent for hot air, which we couldn’t use because it was dirty and the filters were clogged and hadn’t been cleaned or replaced for a long time. The smell from the unit after turning it on was disgusting. The dishwasher didn’t work; when we opened it, the water was moldy. The owner didn’t properly respond to our complaints.

The spot is perfect. The place is clean and tidy. One of the bathrooms had an unpleasant odor.

The site where the caravan sits is great, with a private hot tub and a roomy caravan. It’s quiet and the host is easy to reach. However, the caravan itself was dirty, with grime under the walls, carpets, and flooring. The dishwasher smelled like filth, as did the showers. The patio furniture was old and damaged. I paid over £400 for a full day but it felt like only a half day, so for that price I expected better quality. There was no over‑dish or grill pan, so I couldn’t cook except with a regular pan or air fryer. The caravan was very worn out and I wouldn’t go back.
