The location is convenient, just a 10‑12 minute drive from the city center, and there’s plenty of food nearby; everything feels like home, including free laundry facilities, and the owners are very helpful—just ask them if you need anything.

It’s only a 10‑minute drive from town and a 5‑minute walk from the KTM station, making it very convenient and quiet; free washing machine and dryer are supplied, and the interior is very comfortable and cozy.

The unit is very comfortable, super quiet, and comes with excellent facilities: great Wi‑Fi, a comfy bed, and excellent AC plus fans. The host is friendly and attentive, always checking that everything is in order. However, as Europeans we noticed very little natural light, and a few small improvements would make it even better: ideally provide pans and pots that work with the induction plate, as the metal plate used to adapt normal pans absorbs most of the heat, making cooking slow and frying impossible; a tea towel would also be useful. In the bathroom, where the water drains slowly, a squeegee would help, and the washing machine should be deep‑cleaned because it left an unpleasant smell on our clothes, though it’s great that the machine and dryer are offered.

The stay was very comfortable with a good kitchen, everything clean, a big quiet room, and friendly, helpful management; the location is good, just a 10‑15 minute taxi ride to all the main attractions, and there’s free use of a washing machine and dryer.
