The guesthouse sits at the end of an alley, making it quiet yet still central to a lot of activity. It felt welcoming and relaxed, like a home, with space to sit, read, or chat privately. The small garden and herb garden added a tranquil vibe. Breakfast was tasty but just enough; for a man it might not be quite enough. The bed was very hard, so I slept on top of the duvet and used pillows to help. I didn’t complain, managed to sleep fairly well, and my back was fine.

Everything was perfect and we were completely satisfied – the location is superb, just a two‑minute walk from Ningman No. 1 and the tour desk even offers pick‑up service, the small building is beautiful with lovely common areas and corridors, the room was tidy and well‑kept, the facilities worked flawlessly, the bed was very comfortable, the air‑conditioning was strong, breakfast offered two tasty options, and although we sometimes slept in late and the housekeeping schedule got a bit thrown off, leaving fresh towels and bottled water at the door would have been enough for us to manage on our own.

The location was convenient, but the four‑person room reeked of mould, the air‑conditioning was extremely noisy, and after we reported it the front desk said they couldn’t fix it by 4 pm, offering either to endure the noise with earplugs and receive a $500 discount on a future stay or to leave immediately for a refund.
