“Stylish, new property & professional service”
After canceling two prior bookings in Antalya due to poor cleanliness, this hotel was our third and final choice and turned out to be a positive experience. It’s relatively new, welcoming, and within walking distance of the beach. Front desk staff were very helpful, especially when my booking wasn’t showing up in their system; Yusef checked me in professionally and fixed the issue that night. The room was tidy and offered a beautiful city view. A male bartender on the night shift deserves kudos for exceeding our drink and food expectations after a rough arrival; he’s probably the best hire voco has made so far. Any phone requests—like replacing safe batteries, adjusting AC, fixing sink drainage, or a simple water request—were handled promptly. What we liked most was that cats wandered in freely through the door and lounged on the reception couches.
The English proficiency in departments other than Front Desk (Food & Beverage, Housekeeping) needs improvement. As a British hotel chain catering mainly to international guests, staff should at least know basic English and receive proper Customer Service training. We had a terrible lunch at the restaurant where the waitress neither spoke our language nor seemed to care about the consequences of her actions. Despite ordering strictly vegetarian food repeatedly, she served us meat soup (lentil was expected). Since I haven’t eaten meat since age 14, I felt ill for the rest of the day after realizing it. She also didn’t provide water, cutlery, or shared plates, and didn’t warn us about the hot plate cover.
