I recently had a disastrous experience with a hotel booking, which turned out to be a nightmare. Despite using a discount, I was asked to pay double the price for services, and when I requested a refund due to a lack of water, my request was denied. The building itself was filthy and poorly maintained, and the room I was assigned to was the worst I've ever seen. Needless to say, I didn't end up staying there.
