The hotel sits opposite Khiva railway station, from which Ichan Qala is reachable after 10‑15 min walking. The staff were friendly and gave me a breakfast box because of my early checkout. However, a nearby restaurant was very loud until 23 o’clock.

Right across from the train station, perfect for early departures to Bukhara or Samarkand, and easy walking access to the old town (5‑10 min max). The breakfast was plentiful, and the bedding was comfortable.
