Fraud attempt??? Not recommended. Very dirty!!!!!!! WARNING – ONLY AFTER MONEY!!! LIES DO NOT FOLLOW YOUR GUIDELINES!!! The room was double‑booked!!! They push for a cancellation so they can keep the full booking price. NO REFUND!!! Very unclean!!!

The proximity to Veltins‑Arena and the tram is a plus. I’m shocked at what was offered for the high price. No working toilet flush, a broken shower head, no shower curtain or similar, dirty bathroom, broken windows. The kitchen and bathroom were very dirty and full of construction dust. Exposed outlets, holes in the wall from the bathroom to the hallway. The courtyard where you’re supposed to relax looked like a trash dump. The furnishings do not match the pictures!

This was by far the most disgusting accommodation I have ever seen in my life.

We could only get into our “room” after a huge delay because the previous occupants apparently vandalised it. We were left standing for hours with the door locked, even though we had the phone number. Hours later we finally got in. It was very moldy and everywhere still had construction debris. Everything was patched with duct tape, etc. It smelled very moldy everywhere. Rats were playing in the garden. Never again and not even remotely recommended.
