Great location, central to the beach and town. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Rooms are not 100%, A/C controls broken, remote didn't work, some wall fixtures and plug sockets falling off or damaged. Small details but took away from the hotel overall. Hot water control in the shower was all over the place, boiling hot or cold showers

Alicia is one of the kindest, most professional receptionists we've met in the past 30 years—please tell her! We also want to praise the bar and restaurant staff; every employee was extremely attentive and professional. If the construction surrounding the hotel doesn't bother guests, everything else is fine.

The buffet was excellent, the cleaning was fine, and the staff were great – especially Alessia at reception. The rooms were large. Maintenance was lacking: the bathroom window didn’t close properly, electrical cables were exposed, the bathroom tap needed replacement, and there was no towel rack near the sink.

The breakfast was served on a table one day and as a buffet the next. The duvet covers were in the linen bag instead of on the bed, and the shower tray was missing.
