The staff were amazing, the view from floor 7 was stunning, and the bed was so comfy for the baby; the training pool was huge. Breakfast was unbelievable, though a bit pricey. The bathtub was a touch small, and the only downside was that the large outdoor pool area wasn’t free—disappointing for a 5‑star hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the amenities were great. The only inconvenience was having to shuttle to the train station, but the shuttles ran frequently.

とても綺麗で格式のあるホテルなので、部屋や設備などはとてもよかったです。清掃の方も毎日入ってくれて清潔な環境で過ごせました。スタッフの方も笑顔で感じもよかったです！特に朝食に行くと出迎えてくれる、少し年配のスタッフの方が毎日笑顔と日本語で話しかけてくれて好印象でした。. 格式あるホテルでお値段も高めで、スタッフの方は英語は全員できるくらいのレベルだと思います。ただ、日本語できるスタッフがその割に少ないと感じました。もちろん英語が話せれば問題ないとは思いますが、日本人だとわかったら日本語得意なスタッフに直ぐ代われるくらいの対応があってもよかったのかなと思いました。それだけスタッフの人数もいますし、レベルの高い方が働いていると思ったので。韓国はどこに行っても日本語できる方も多いので、少し残念でした。またここは善し悪しですが、坂の上にあるので基本タクシー移動になります。気軽に電車乗ったりコンビニ等行来たい方にはオススメしません。
