They moved us last minute to another nearby fab hotel even though we had prepaid; the staff and manager were extremely rude and unprofessional, and when we asked for a refund because they wouldn’t give us the room we booked, no refund was offered—an utterly horrible experience.

I found nothing good about this place: the staff, amenities, cleanliness, attitude—everything was pathetic. The rooms were filthy, the bedsheets stained and they bluntly refused to change them. Toilets were pathetic, the staff rude, and the management behaved like goons, demanding all the money upfront and then abandoning the guest. The lifts were life‑threatening, AC and TV were absent, room service nonexistent. Staying at the railway station would have been better.
