Quando vai a soggiornare la Cosa più importante dopo la Pulizia e il letto e posso dire che ho dormito bene. Non ho capito c’era come una ventola attaccata di notte e non so se era il vicinato o qualcosa della struttura e si sentiva questo leggero rumore

“Soggiorno non all'altezza delle aspettative”

The place is pretty overall, the bed is fairly comfortable, there's no bad smell, and you can use the kitchenette. The staff is unreliable, and communication needs a lot of work. The room has an outdoor bathroom full of cigarette ash in the sink and the toilet doesn't flush. Even though the radiators are on, they don't heat anything; I froze all night. There's no wardrobe and the pillows are uncomfortable; usually they have a spare pillow but it's missing, and there's also no extra blanket.

“Zero comunicazione”

The property looks almost brand‑new and is quite nice. Unfortunately when we arrived we were stuck outside for more than 25 minutes, no one answered the phone and we couldn't get in, even though we had called 10 minutes earlier to say we were parking. The cleaning is lacking: we found hair in the sheets and in the jacuzzi, and potato chips on the bathroom floor. A pity, because the place is really beautiful.
