The hotel is close to our venue and the breakfast was nice, but the building feels very outdated. The room we stayed in was not worth the money we paid, and it was a long, rat‑run climb through several sets of little staircases. The floors outside our room were spongy and creaky, needing repair.

Extremely friendly staff. Dogs can stay and are treated as one of the guests. Food is great especially the currys. Nothing. All was great

The location of the hotel is ideal for visiting Sherwood Forest. The reception staff are kind and professional. The décor, cleanliness, and attention to detail are excellent. The food at the restaurant where we dined for dinner is high quality. We did encounter an issue with the water temperature adjustment, but the staff quickly came to check and fix it. The reception isn’t exactly at the entrance; you enter through the bar/restaurant on the ground floor.
