I was pleasantly surprised when I received a complimentary room upgrade, which greatly enhanced my stay. However, I did notice that the hotel's Wi-Fi connectivity was a bit spotty at times, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, the upgrade made up for the occasional connectivity issues, and I left feeling satisfied with my experience. The staff's friendly demeanor also added to the hotel's welcoming atmosphere.
