This hotel was a complete disaster. The staff was almost non-existent, with only a few part-time workers on hand. Breakfast was a joke, with a meager spread that barely accommodated our family of four. And don't even get me started on the Wi-Fi - it was down for two whole days, and the owner was completely unresponsive to our complaints. To top it all off, the owner didn't even bother to respond to our messages on the booking platform.

This place really delivered on the fun stuff – the pool was amazing and the free breakfast was a total bonus. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. The location was pretty central, but the noise from the nearby road was a bit of a nuisance. Overall, it was a great value for the price and I'd definitely stay here again.

The only redeeming quality of this place was the breakfast, which was actually pretty decent. The taste was satisfactory, and it looked just like the picture. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The room was a disaster - my husband needs a cpap machine to sleep, and we were looking forward to a quiet night after a long day of traveling. But when we arrived, the room seemed clean at first glance, only to reveal four non-functional wall outlets.

The hotel's biggest draw is its stunning lagoon, where I was lucky enough to spot a massive iguana basking in the sun. However, the rest of the property feels like it's stuck in a bygone era – think creaky floors, outdated decor, and a general air of neglect. Still, the lagoon's beauty is hard to resist, and if you're looking for a relaxing getaway, this might be the place for you. Just don't expect too much in terms of modern comforts.
