Nothing The hotel has been closed for months. Everything is open there, lights are on, the lobby is cluttered, no one is there. Our booking wasn’t cancelled beforehand. There isn’t even a notice that nothing is happening here. The owner is behind a lock and bolt. It’s a mess.

It stopped working. Booking didn’t inform me. When we arrived and saw it wasn’t functioning, we had to book another place.

Nothing positive. The hotel was closed because it was insolvent, and I received no information from the hotel beforehand. I stood in front of a locked door, trying to figure out where my whole family could stay for the night. Money had already been taken in advance, and then this happened—complete mess and customer fraud!

The place no longer exists. After about an hour of futile attempts to reach anyone or find the property, we learned from a nearby restaurant that the hotel had been insolvent for roughly three months, leaving us stranded without a room around 9 pm. We ended up staying at the B&B Hotel next door, which took us in at short notice.
