The room was cleaner than other places in Varanasi, the shower water was usable, and the shop nearby made the stay comfortable. The owner was very kind and helpful, explaining tourist info and bus usage in detail. The only downside was mosquitoes, but keeping the door shut prevented most of them.

オーナーの人柄: とても気さくで、色んな相談に乗って頂きました。早朝に到着してしまい叩き起こしてしまいましたが、すぐに部屋を用意してくれました。また電話したらすぐに相談に乗ってくれる体制を取ってくれて、大変助かりました。バイクで近所の美味しいレストラン（バラナシで1番美味しかった！）や寺に連れて行ってくれたり、他の宿泊者と繋いでくれたり、感謝しかありません。 場所: アシーガートまで徒歩20分くらいで、近場には繁華街があり場所は良いと思います。大通り沿いですが私は気になりませんでした。ただ、北部の見どころへ行くにはトゥクトゥク必須です。. 季節柄仕方ないのですが、建物の構造的に蚊が入りやすく、就寝時は蚊との戦いでした。蚊取り線香的なものがあると尚良いです。ただ、インドの色々な宿に泊まっていますがどこも似たようなものなので、致し方なしかなと思います。

The room offered everything I needed for the price and length of my stay, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Varanasi can feel a bit overwhelming, especially if it’s your first visit, so having a local who’s always ready to assist made a huge difference for me. The bathroom could use some improvement.

I especially appreciated Shahurbha’s attentive service and the useful city tips she shared, along with the occasional tea, water, and a tasty breakfast on my departure day. The place is a 23‑minute walk from Assi Ghat. I think adding a mosquito net or an electric repellent would be a good idea.
