The room was too small and uncomfortable. The front desk service was bad, and the amenities were inconvenient.

The room was clean, the appliances (microwave, separate freezer and fridge) were good and the insulation worked well, plus having a parking space right in front of the room was very convenient. Adjusting the shower temperature, however, proved difficult.

Smooth check‑in, no noise at all – it was super comfortable. No complaints.

The room was separate and the highway was close by, but the thin walls let outside noise in, making it impossible to sleep. At check‑in the front desk never gave me the meal voucher, so I had to go back in the morning and waste time confirming it, which was irritating. If the room has a freezer, handing over the breakfast voucher there would have been smoother. The front‑desk staff gave inconsistent information, indicating a need for better training, and the housekeeping staff offered no greeting and chatted loudly even when guests were present, also requiring training. Given the thin walls and low staff quality, the price felt too high.
