I loved that the hotel had a great spot and awesome kids' facilities, but honestly, the food was a total letdown - super low quality for what we paid and the buffet lines were ridiculously long.

I loved the indoor pool, it was a nice touch. The food was decent too, and the staff were really friendly.

Essen war hervorragend und das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Die Ausstattung im Hotel für Familien top. Hätten im Hotel fast 1'000. Euro gespart wenn wir direkt gebucht hätten, die Skipässe wären inbegriffen gewesen. Werde sicher nicht mehr über buchen

I had an amazing stay at this hotel - the food was excellent, and the staff were really attentive and helpful. The only downside is that I booked through a third party and ended up paying way too much - if I'd booked directly, I could have saved almost €1000, which is just crazy. Still, worth it in the end, but something to keep in mind.
