The room was overall good. The owner was available and I appreciated the breakfast vouchers. Unfortunately the bathroom wasn’t cleaned enough when I arrived: the toilet needed to be flushed and the bin should have been emptied.

I would definitely recommend this place! The location is super convenient for exploring Pescara, just a short walk from the beach and close to plenty of bars and restaurants. The cleaning was excellent and the staff were very helpful with early check‑in and luggage storage on the day of departure. They even offered vouchers for the bar downstairs that included special croissants for breakfast. I was absolutely delighted!

The spot is in the heart of town, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the B&B owner was very friendly.

The B&B sits in a central spot, close to all amenities and the sea. The renovation makes it look nice, but a few small issues keep it from scoring higher: at the entrance there’s a brochure holder, a large cart with a big bag for linen changes in the lounge, dark stains on the dining room walls that look like mold, a stain above the chandelier in the room, a loose curtain ring, and in the shower the grout is still visibly blackened by mildew around the floor. Fixing these little things would raise its value considerably.
