The pool was very nice with a huge view, the breakfast was great, and the apartment was huge. Nothing else.

Le Sorbelle d’Orcia is a truly special place in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. We chose it for its peaceful, isolated location, and it was wonderful to slow down. The hosts were incredibly sweet and caring, checking in daily to see how we were doing and if we needed anything, making us feel truly welcome. They picked up our luggage in their van and gave us a glass of wine as a welcome. The breakfast was truly delightful. The pool area was one of the best – the most beautiful view of the landscape, always free spots, and very comfortable lounge chairs where we could relax and enjoy the fantastic scenery. There were pool towels. And then there was Giorgio ❤️ The sweetest cat who visited our apartment every day, quickly becoming a cozy part of our holiday, and we ended up keeping him for most of the stay. A fantastic place if you’re looking for peace, beautiful nature, good food, and genuine Tuscan atmosphere. There was free parking with a half‑roof, and an extra plus was the ability to charge our Tesla right on site – very convenient. Getting around to all the lovely towns in the area by car is easy.

“Perfect luxury escape to the country”

A beautiful base for our Tuscan adventures, close to everything, easy to find, with views around the whole valley. Absolutely picturesque property, from the heavenly gardens and stunning pool to the authentic and well‑equipped accommodation. The staff were wonderful, each one friendly and eager to help. Luca gave us a restaurant recommendation that made our son’s birthday truly unforgettable. Thank you to Luca and the rest of the team for a wonderful stay. We wish we had booked for longer – our kids are both planning their honeymoons to Le Sorbelle in twenty‑odd years. We loved it all. If forced, I would mention the wi‑fi was a bit spotty (and phone reception isn’t great in the valley), but that led us to focus on each other rather than devices.

“Excellent séjour en famille”

The atmosphere was warm and the staff extremely helpful, the pool was huge, the grounds were spotless and the breakfast was good. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning; it seems the plan to install it has been shelved until 2027, so keep an eye on that.

“Aangenaam verblijf!”

The property was beautiful, perfectly located with fantastic views, the pool was massive and very quiet, the beds were high quality and comfortable, the apartments were beautifully decorated down to every detail and cleaned daily, the breakfast was very extensive, the ladies were very friendly and you could choose how you want your eggs, the dinner was also tasty, and there was a charger for the car. The only issue was the air conditioning: we stayed in the apartment under the roof and it was a brisk 30 °C inside. Fans hung above the bed cooled it only a little; when we showered and did makeup in the bathroom it was so hot that we had to shower again, which was disappointing because we hadn't read about this beforehand.
