“Unprofessional”
The beds were comfy, that is about it. We woke up to someone trying to get into our room at 12:30 am. We were terrified and could not see out of the peephole because it was broken. They eventually left and came back with a man who opened our door. Luckily, we had the second lock on. He said it was the front desk and asked us to open the door. As two girls, we did not feel comfortable doing this and refused since there was no way for us to make sure it was him. We gave him the name under our reservation, and he left and gave us no apology for opening our door and waking us up in the middle of the night. We then called the front desk to ensure that it was him, and it was. Turned out they gave us the wrong room and said, "Front desk made a mistake, but it is sorted now, you can keep your room." We did not plan on switching rooms at 1 am at this point, so I am not sure why he would say we can keep the room… and he was not very apologetic at all for the situation. Extremely unprofessional, no accountability either, since "Front desk" was one guy working. Would have appreciated some sort of compensation for this incident and the fact that they just gave us a worse room. Aside from the incident we encountered, the price seemed high for the quality of the hotel.
