Staff seemed really inexperienced and unfriendly, which made checking in a bit of a nightmare. They struggled to figure out my booking and even tried to charge me extra, which was pretty frustrating. The room itself was just okay, nothing special. Overall, not a great experience.

The rooms were a pleasant surprise - spacious, clean, and with the added bonus of remote-controlled lighting and curtains. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight. However, communicating with staff was a challenge since there weren't many English speakers around, which made things a bit tricky at times.
