The building is new and about 15 minutes from the beach.

The accommodation was clean and pretty. The girl at breakfast was super friendly. It’s only a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches and very close to Lecce, with the lodging right at the gate.

The property was welcoming, the rooms were very large and the breakfast was varied. The cleanliness could be better; the bedspread had a few stains.

Struttura nuova e ben servita. Ottima la pulizia. disponibili a fare il check in all'orario da noi richiesto. La consiglio. Avrei preferito poter fare colazione in struttura e non dover andare presso un bar con cui c'è convenzione. Imprevisto tecnico.scoperto solo al rientro dal mare alle 20,30: acqua calda non funzionante.!! Avrei preferito essere informato prima del problema tecnico, con un semplice messaggio. Da migliorare l'attenzione a questi dettagli
