The room was large and very clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a bit lacking in variety and it took a while to restock what ran out. Nothing else.

Very friendly reception with attentive staff; the location is excellent, the metro and buses are just a few meters away; the room has an air conditioner; good breakfast. The shower cabin could not be closed. The bathroom door also could not be closed; it could only be latched from the inside with a hook.

A small hotel run by excellent staff. Only a few rooms, so you feel like a guest of friends. A very tastefully decorated room leaves almost nothing missing. Perfect base for city tours. The subway is right outside the door and you’re quickly everywhere. Restaurants, various supermarkets, and a large shopping center are in close proximity. Breakfast is lovingly prepared and every day a small surprise awaits us in the room. All day there’s coffee, tea, fruit, and cake. We had a wonderful time in Lisbon and would gladly return. Lisbon doesn’t sleep and is also loud at night. Earplugs are useful.

The hotel’s location is optimal for public transport. A metro station is right outside the door, the old town is reachable in 10 min, the airport in 20 min. The hotel sits on the second floor of a residential building and is elevator‑accessible. The rooms and common areas (lobby, breakfast room with a reading corner) are cozy and have everything you need. My room had a small fridge, a fan, and windows that could be opened – all very useful during the higher temperatures that prevailed during my stay. The beds were very comfortable. The lounge offers tea, coffee, water, fruit, and delicious cake all day, and the room receives a daily surprise – that was quite extraordinary! The staff are very friendly and helpful, give good tips for the stay, and are on site from morning until 18:00. Everything was perfect for me!

The location is great—just a few meters from the metro entrance and still quiet with no street noise. If you want to walk to the historic center, it’s easy. The room is small, but it has everything needed for a comfortable stay, and I liked the shutters that close on the windows to keep the heat out. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices, and I could have tea or coffee all day. The host was welcoming, showed me around, and treated me to a muscat wine. I’d definitely come back if I can.
