I disliked everything: no elevator, no first‑floor rooms for disabled guests, and the rooms reserved for welfare recipients were dirty and smelled of marijuana right from the door. The building entrance was broken and unsecured, with people outside looking for drugs and asking for money and food. My room was filthy, with stuff scattered around the baseboards and bathroom.
