The staff were friendly, and the night tour from the hotel was the highlight of our visit. Everything else was fine, except the room had no TV connection, which was mentioned but not fixed until we checked out.

The room lacked an identification number above the main door, and the bathroom lock was inadequate. When I complained, the housekeeping staff said they had already left for the day. The washbasin tap dripped continuously and wouldn’t shut off, and the TV was present but the set‑top box didn’t work.
