I got all the details in advance, even a video guide, and the self‑check‑in worked smoothly; the staff handed me a bottle of water and a small breakfast spread with coffee, tea, jam, honey, toast, and Nutella. The bathroom was fine, but finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge, and the room itself was cramped—there wasn’t much room to move around. On top of that, a neighboring family with a baby made the place noisy.

The garden and outdoor area were very evocative. The “Frantoio” room, however, had no windows and a strong mold smell, though it was otherwise new and in great condition.

The terrace is definitely a highlight, with a stunning view of Vesuvius and a sunset that drops straight into the sea—a real spectacle. Mornings are quiet and pleasant, perfect for unwinding. The room is simple, but the bed is comfy and the bathroom, especially the shower, is spacious. The only downside was that the room felt a bit small and damp, making it hard to stow luggage; the wardrobe had a slight moisture smell and clothes stayed damp. Luckily the AC worked well enough to sleep comfortably.

My first stay. Beautiful view and good location. The room was clean. Outside noises kept coming through the window, and the room didn’t have curtains, so I woke up early. Towels weren’t changed regularly.

It’s close to Anacapri. The room had no windows, which was a nasty surprise. The lack of ventilation meant nothing—clothes or towels—could dry.
