The property is clean and conveniently located, and the food is fine. The air conditioning units were not functioning properly.
Excellent staff, very responsive, very polite. Waterside restaurant staff servers are very good. Facilities are neat and clean. despite the weather and leaves falling, it was kept very neat by workers. clean sheets, pillows, bed etc. E vehicle available to go till reception. Surbhi, not had food there but waterside restaurant breakfast etc was very spicy. not too many choices in the breakfast. food could be slightly more customised. it can be made better. the Spa was expensive though the lady was good. overall it was expensive for the facilities given
Gautam and Jaffer at breakfast were good, the first receptionist with glasses made blunders by booking us in a run down smelly phase 1 room with construction mess outside because they looked at their convenience, as the porter was reluctant to take all the luggage in phase 2 which is beautiful but another receptionist Anjum was helpful and kindly sorted it out giving us a better room. Thank you Anjum. Food is very tasty but very expensive. A lot of things went wrong sadly! Only 1 room key is given. No uber or ola private taxis charge extortionate rate due to monopoly Sujit at the Equa restaurant was pushy and wanted us to buy more food even when we said we don’t want, there was also bit of a misunderstanding explaining the dished by him and that made him frustrated due to which he deliberately started the insect repellent steam when we were eating causing a huge steam, which is very unprofessional. We had to leave midway eating because of him strange behaviour. It should have started before the opening and not when customers were eating. It ruined our dining experience. There is no room service daily. You have to call on WhatsApp as the phone lines in the room are dead. Power cuts can happen for short duration throughout the day and night. Tv in the room is difficult to use with confusing two remotes. Reception won’t pick up for 1.5 hours when we had a query. Geyser system in place so no consistent hot water supply in shower. Be prepared for old style bucket baths!

The staff were very cordial and helpful and the gaming zone. The house flies were all over the place. The most irritating part was the houseflies flying on your dining table inside the restaurant
