The staff were friendly, but the room was dirty and the water took forever to heat up; by the time it reached the right temperature it was too hot for a shower.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom great; we loved breakfast and the staff were all good. The air conditioner leaked water onto the carpet, but the hotel was full and we couldn’t get a refund after check‑in, so we did nothing. The wet carpet wasn’t under the bed, so we didn’t mind much. The pool stayed open until 11, and children were allowed in all the time; two teenagers were in the pool throwing footballs and being pretty violent, and nothing was done. We left the pool.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms stayed spotless; breakfast was delicious. We stayed from Friday to Sunday, but towels weren’t changed daily, which was a minor annoyance.
